If we want individuals and teams to improve over time, what is essential to their growth? Feedback. If we don’t get information about the outcomes our actions are having, why would we change? However, many people get defensive when they receive feedback… and many supervisors avoid these difficult discussions. We discuss some techniques to provide Constructive Feedback and practice them by role-playing common scenarios.
